1. Non-Refundable Subscriptions

a. Subscription Plans:
We offer several subscription options to suit your needs:

  • Unlock Full Episodes
  • Monthly Subscription
  • Yearly Subscription

All subscriptions are final once purchased and are non-refundable. This includes all plans, whether you choose monthly, or yearly subscription. Once you’ve subscribed, the fee is non-refundable for any portion of the subscription term.


2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

While we generally do not issue refunds, there are some exceptional cases where we may consider a refund:

a. Technical Issues:
If you are unable to access or view content due to technical difficulties that are determined to be related to our platform, we ask that you contact our support team within 7 days of the issue. In such cases, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution, such as extending your subscription or providing access to the content.

b. Unauthorized Charges:
If you notice any unauthorized charges on your account, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the situation, and if the charge is found to be fraudulent, we may issue a refund.


3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above exceptions, please follow these steps:

  • A description of the issue and any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or error messages

Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond via email with the results of the review.

c. Refund Process:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


4. Cancelling a Subscription

Please note that cancelling a subscription will not result in a refund for the remaining time in your subscription period. However, you will retain access to the content for the duration of the paid term, after which your subscription will not renew.
